High Court Enforcement Officers Association

The HCEOA is the professional association representing Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers in England and Wales. It promotes professional standards, provides a forum for members, and engages with government and the judiciary on matters affecting High Court enforcement.

In practice

The HCEOA maintains a directory of authorised HCEOs and provides guidance on best practice. It works alongside the Enforcement Conduct Board and CIVEA to improve standards across the enforcement sector. Membership is open to individuals holding an authorisation from the Lord Chancellor to execute High Court writs.
